Physical products

For physical products, shipping is generally completed within 5-7 working days. We can't offer a specific guarantee on delivery times, as they depend on the carrier, the destination and any exceptional circumstances.

Refunds for shipping delays

If the shipping of a physical product exceeds 30 working days, you can request a full refund. To do so, contact us with your order details and the reason for the request.
