We are a team of professional players, coaches (beach volleyball, volleyball, tennis, basketball, soccer), athletic trainers with over 10 years of experience in explosive strength and performance enhancement.
In January 2020, we came together to create JHP, which today can be considered the most efficient brand in Europe for RADICAL increase in lower & upper body explosive strength and maximization of vertical jump.
JHP was born out of the desire to provide an opportunity for those who want to excel in their sport and exponentially improve their performance but don't have access to a personal trainer.
Our goal is to offer high-quality video courses, workouts, and sports manuals that don't waste our customers' time like many basic workouts found easily online, which often yield no results.
The JHP team is constantly growing, with about ten collaborators, 50,000 followers on social networks, and over 10,000 loyal and highly satisfied customers eagerly awaiting new courses and sports manuals.
Our Mission
We are committed to providing functional training programs that focus on developing explosive strength, vertical jump, leg agility and speed, arm speed, upper-body power and explosiveness, and overall muscularity through differentiated exercises and specific goals for each training session. Recently, we have introduced nutrition manuals and informative guides in our collections to help athletes level up in every sport.
