Improving Your Vertical Jump with the JHP Subscription: How It Works
Share
The JHP subscription costs €99 a year and gives you access to 13 training programs, with WhatsApp support and free cancellation. In practice: instead of buying one single path, you have every block available — vertical jump, weight room, plyometrics, sand, prehab, core, stretching, nutrition — and you use them in the order that suits your season.
Below you'll find what's inside, how to choose, and above all how to tell whether it's working for you.
What the JHP subscription is
JHP started out as a single vertical jump program. Over time, paths were added for the weight room, for sand, for arm power in attack, for knees, for the core and for mobility. The subscription is simply the way to have them all together.
The terms are these, no beating around the bush:
- €99 a year, with no forced auto-renewal: you can cancel freely.
- 13 programs included, with demo videos and plans to follow.
- WhatsApp support for questions about technique and programming. It's not one-to-one personal coaching: it's direct help on the path you're following.
What's inside
Vertical jump
The original core. Jump Higher Program is the 10-week bodyweight block; JHP Vertical Upgrade adds 36 sessions spread over 12 weeks for anyone who already has a base.
Strength in the gym
JHP Gym Edition covers 16 weeks in the weight room, between maximal strength and power. The JHP Contrast Method is the next level up: it alternates heavy loads and explosive exercises inside the same session.
Plyometrics
Jumping Monster is a short, intense block: 14 days, 116 exercises. It works on the elastic side of things, the part that turns strength into centimetres.
Sport-specific
Spike Revolution spends 16 weeks on spiking; Volley PowerShot on arm power using bodyweight only; Beach Volley Pre-Season on 4 weeks of preparation on sand; JHP Team Performance is built for teams and coaches over 4 weeks.
Prehab and support
Knee Power for knees and jumper's knee, The Stretching Bible with over 50 exercises, Rock-Solid Abs for your core in 30 days, JHP Nutrition for Explosive Strength for the nutrition side.

How to use it through the year
The advantage of the subscription isn't having a lot of material: it's being able to switch block when the phase of the season changes. One structure that works for most volleyball and basketball players:
- Off-season — strength block in the weight room. This is when you build the base you'll later turn into jump height.
- Pre-season — plyometrics and specific jump work, plus sand preparation if you play beach.
- In-season — maintenance, prehab (knees, shoulders, mobility) and short sessions that don't leave you tired on match day.
That's the logic; the exact order depends on where your biggest gap is, and that's the thing worth working out before you start.
Before you choose: measure
Buying a program without a starting number means that in two months you won't be able to say whether it worked. That's not a detail: it's the difference between training and hoping.
With the JHP jump test you upload a 2-second video of yourself jumping and get your height in centimetres, calculated from your flight time. It's free and the video never leaves your device.
The method is always the same: measure first, then train, then measure again under the same conditions after 6-10 weeks. If the centimetres move, the block was working on your limiting factor; if they don't move, you know you need to change the stimulus — and that's just as useful a piece of information.
Subscription or single program?
It depends on how much time you've got ahead of you.
- Single program — makes sense if you have one clear, contained goal: 10 weeks on your jump with Jump Higher Program (€60), or 14 days of plyometrics with Jumping Monster (€40). You spend less and you know exactly what you're doing.
- Subscription — worth it if you plan to train all year and want to switch block more than once: two or three programs in, the maths already evens out. JHP subscription, €99/year.
- Sport bundles — Volley Advanced (€90) and Basket Advanced (€80) sit in the middle: more than one program, less than everything.

The next step
Before you pick a program, find out where you're starting from
With your starting number in hand you know what to work on, and in two months you'll know whether it worked. All it takes is a 2-second video and your flight time: the tool does the rest.
Measure your jump — free JHP subscription — €99/yearIf you'd rather have a single path: Jump Higher Program, 10 weeks bodyweight only, €60.
In short
The JHP subscription is €99 a year for 13 programs, with WhatsApp support and free cancellation. It's not a shortcut and it doesn't promise centimetres by a given date: it's a structure to follow consistently. The part that makes the difference is measuring before and measuring again after, so you know what to keep working on.
